Payments are processed by Stripe. When you pay an invoice or deposit, your card and billing details are sent directly to Stripe under their Privacy Policy. We receive confirmation, the last four digits of the card, brand, and payment status.

By providing your phone number or email, you consent to receive service-related communications from us (appointment confirmations, arrival notices, estimates, invoices, receipts, and follow-ups). You may opt out of marketing messages at any time by replying STOP to text messages, using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or contacting us. Standard message and data rates may apply.

We retain customer records for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, honor warranties, resolve disputes, and comply with legal, tax, and accounting requirements. When no longer needed, we delete or de-identify the information.

We use industry-standard safeguards including encrypted transport (HTTPS), row-level security in our database, role-based staff access, and processor tokenization for payments.
