Terms & Conditions

We provide residential and light-commercial HVAC services including diagnostics, repair, installation, maintenance, and indoor air quality solutions. Service availability may vary by location.

Estimates are valid for the period stated on the document (default 30 days) and are subject to on-site verification of conditions. Additional work discovered on site may require an updated estimate before proceeding.

• A deposit may be required to schedule installations or order equipment; deposits are applied to the final invoice.
• Invoices are due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Financing options are subject to third-party lender approval.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By paying, you authorize the charge of the amount shown on the invoice.
• Past-due balances may accrue reasonable late fees and collection costs as permitted by law.

Diagnostic fees and completed labor are non-refundable. Equipment refunds, if any, are subject to manufacturer restocking policies. Cancellations of scheduled work should be made at least 24 hours in advance where possible.

Equipment carries a 10-year unlimited parts warranty from the manufacturer, valid upon product registration after installation. AC Xpert Solutions provides a 3-year limited labor warranty from the date of installation. Warranties do not cover ductwork, refrigerant or drain lines, or damage from misuse, neglect, unauthorized modification, power surges, floods, storms, or acts of nature.

You agree to provide safe, reasonable access to the work area, functional utilities, and any required permits or HOA approvals. We may pause or reschedule work if conditions are unsafe.

• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the site.
• Content on this site is owned by AC Xpert Solutions LLC or its licensors and is provided for informational purposes.
• Product images and specifications are provided by manufacturers and may change without notice.

The website and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing on the site is professional advice for your specific installation until confirmed on site.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AC Xpert Solutions LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue for any dispute lies in the state or federal courts located in South Florida.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version takes effect when posted. Your continued use of the site or services constitutes acceptance.
